COVID-19: how safe is ordering at KOREOSITY?

You can shop with us without having to worry. When you feel comfortable enough, of course. All orders are processed with all possible hygiene. Because of the pandemic it might take your parcel longer than usual to arrive at your place. The delivery companies are doing their best to make sure it's on time. Please follow your personal track & trace to see where your goodies are at.

1. General

1.1 Is your payment process safe?

Yup, it definitely is. You don't need to worry. We take good care of all your personal information. You can easily pay through well known partners such as Mollie, Bancontant (BE) and creditcard.

 

2. Returns

2.1 Can I return my order?

Of course you can. Within 30 days. Please be aware that the product is in the original (unopened) packaging. We just want to make sure we can make someone else happy with the products. As soon as the product has arrived in our warehouse again, we will transfer the money back to you. The costs for the return will not be reimbursed.

2.2 How can I return my order?

Didn't received what you expect? Sad to hear, but of course you can return your order. Please follow the next steps:

Step 1:
When you want to return your order (partially), please make sure to first send us an email at hello@koreosity.nl. Make sure to include:
Order number
Reason of return
Bankaccount

Step 2:
You can return the goods as soon as we confirmed your email. Please send it to the following address:

Step 3:
As soon as the parcel arrives in our warehouse, we will transfer the money back to your bankaccount within 7 business days.

2.3 Return conditions

    • We only accept returns when emailed to hello@koreosity.nl and within 30 days of delivery.
    • The products have to be unopened. When they are opened or used, we remain the right to send them back to you and charge you for the delivery costs.
    • There hasn't been tried to fix a defect.
    • The packaging is not damaged
    • The original label or sticker is still attached and the product is in the original packaging.
    • The buyer will be charged for the delivery costs for the retun
    • Parcels that are not or not enough post paid will not be accepted by us.
    • If the return conditions are not lived up to, we remain the right to return the parcel back to you and charge you for the delivery costs.

 

3. Shipping

3.1 What is your delivery duration?

Wij doen ons best om zo snel mogelijk de bestelling bij jou af te leveren. Vandaag voor 15:00 besteld is vandaag verzonden.

3.2 To which countries do you ship?

Momenteel verzenden we naar alle Europese landen. Vul jouw land in bij het winkelmandje om te zien welke kosten hierop van toepassing zijn.

3.3 What are your shipping costs?

De verzendkosten in Nederland zijn €4,99. Boven de €35,- is de verzending gratis. Voor België en Duitsland zijn de verzendkosten €6,99 en boven de €50 gratis.

3.4 How can I track my order?

After we send out your delivery you will receive a confirmation. The confirmation includes a track and trace by PostNL.

4. Sustainability

4.1 Brands

We like to set a good example when it comes to sustainable products. That's why non of our products are tested on animals (which is by the way forbidden in South Korea, where our products come from). We also have a wide range in clean beauty brand that don't have any ingredients that are toxic for human or nature. Looking for vegan products? You are still at the right address. Please find our filters where you can select your preference.

4.1 Packaging

If you order with us, you will probably find padding material in your box. This will either be plastic or carton. No need to worry tho: our carton is made of recycled carton and is 100% biodegradable. Our plastic is either already recycled or being recycled by us. We barely use any new plastic our carton.
